State Economist Tom Potiowsky said he’s gained confidence in the Oregon economy but cautioned that the economic recovery that’s under way isn’t going to be fast and easy.
“I think the recovery is here, it’s getting legs, but the key word is patience. It’s going to take some time to climb out of this hole,” he said Thursday at the 17th annual Economic Forecast.
